After base pouring do garage floor. It can be cement or concrete.
For the device of concrete floor over platform throw sand layer of 10 cm and stamp it well. On sand it is necessary to lay layer of roofing felt, and it is possible to fill in bitumen mastic. Then you should put above layer of 10 cm pour concrete and stamp. The floor surface should be rough.
Cement floor do so: ground mix with rubble or gravel, level and condense. After that prepare dense cement mortal (on one part of cement of 5-6 parts of sand) and stack its layer 3—4 cm. After a while (3-4 days) cover floor with the second layer of cement mortal. But this time solution do by more liquid, mixing one part of cement with 2-3 parts of sand, and stack its more thin layer (1-2 cm). The cement floor during the following of 3-4 days is recommended to water 2-3 times a day. Such procedure will raise its durability.
